End the frustration now with this incredibly helpful workshop. Learn once and for all how to get the perfect look with your zippers. This hands-on workshop will leave you confident in your ability to insert any zipper ( Eg: Center , Lapped, Fly, Invisible, and Separating Zippers ) into any outfit. Our expanded format allows students more time to work on samples before going home to put zippers in their projects.

Jean Jacket
Make a Jean Jacket in 2 Days - $120.00
Jean Jackets can have a Classy look for evening or be from a Everyday fabric or from fun fabrics. Roxann will assist you with getting that pattern to fit properly and pin fit the fabric to assure a good fitting garment. Day 1 we will do all the fitting and cutting, Day 2 will be sewing so you can wear that jacket home.

Just Sewing Machine: $40.00
Have a new sewing machine and don't know what all those parts and feet are for? Well here's a class to get you started with the assistance of a teacher, we will go through your machine step by step to let you experience all its features and getting comfortable with how to use those attachments and perform minor maintenance needs. In this 2 hour class you will go home with samples of the most commonly used stitches and specialty stitches your machine has available. We will learn how to use the buttonhole attachment .

Sew and Alter Clothes to Fit Your Body - Fit Class

Learn to Fit Yourself: Finally a class that will empower you to be able to fit yourself and sew garments that fit you're properly using the Palmer/Pletsch pattern fitting method. Learn to fit your bust in 2 different shirt patterns.
Day1: You will be fitted in a basic bodice to find out your best size and how your body varies from most fitted, commercial patterns (McCall's #,Fit Pattern).
Day 2: You will learn to alter beginner/intermediate level Shirt fashion patterns from McCalls for a 2 hour Shirt # and
3 hour Shirt # .
Day 3. We will discuss changes from tissue to fabric and fine-tune your fit for your choice of a beginning style fashion pattern. We will alter as many fashion patterns and get fabric cut and ready to sew as time permits so they will be ready to sew into beautiful garments.
Class cost is $150.00, you must provide your own patterns, required supplies and fabrics to complete projects.

This monthly class and is for those who have already taken the Learn to Fit Yourself class. You may bring any patterns and have help altering for fit or fit a garment that has been cut in fabric and pinned together. Take one or several of the classes of your choice. $25.00 per class.

 PANT Fit Class
Pant Fitting is a 3 day class
Using the Palmer/Pletsch pattern fitting method, you will be tissue fitted in a simple pant to find your variations from a pattern. Then you will cut it out, pit fit it in fabric and complete the pant with elastic waist or zipper and waistband using and any one of these McCall's patterns by Palmer/Pletsch #s ,or based on your fullest hip measurement or as close to that measurement that you can get. $150.00
